I had truly the best experience at Via Farina tonight. If you are looking for amazing Italian food, do not even think about going anywhere else. Stumbled across this place by accident; I’m in town for a convention with a coworker, was craving Italian, and this was one of the only places open on a Monday night. We were completely blown away. The service was incredible but the food was even better. We ordered four entree’s for the two of us so we could try as much as possible, and loved each one more than the last. Loved the atmosphere, the wine suggestions with each entree, everything. 10/10 great job! Will definitely go out of my way to come back.

I could have gone my whole life without knowing that fried pizza was a thing, and now I have to get heart disease far sooner than I otherwise would have. I highly recommend attending a chef's tasting. We did the Fat Dinner, and it was indeed fat, but oh so good. The pizza smelled so amazing, I forgot that phones had to eat first. The culurgiones were great, and while it may not look like a lot, it was very filling. The olive oil jam sourdough donut sounded weird, but was also really tasty. Definitely a culinary experience. We did the wine pairing, which I would also recommend.
